The websites presented by TASSELTime are derived from sources believed to be accurate, but we do not guarantee its accuracy.<\/span><\/p>\n Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance.\u00a0 TASSELTime cannot guarantee, promise or warranty that any information generated by TASSELTime will result in a scholarship or admittance into college.\u00a0 TASSELTime\u2019s performance results are a combination of tested methods and experience by our founder but TASSELTime cannot guarantee any results.<\/span><\/p>\n All content downloaded or uploaded using our website shall remain the sole responsibility of the subscriber. \u00a0The Subscriber assumes all risks associated with material, including but not limited to, copyright restrictions, trademark restrictions, service mark restrictions, confidentiality limitations, trade secrets, patent restrictions or any other intellectual property tangible or intangible rights associated with the material. \u00a0Subscriber is expressly prohibited from reselling any services offered by TASSELTime under this agreement without the prior written consent of TASSELTime.\u00a0 Should Subscriber violate any provision of the agreement, TASSELTime at its sole discretion may immediately suspend services to Subscriber and terminate this agreement.\u00a0 TASSELTime\u2019s liability for termination fort his agreement under this provision shall be solely limited to a refund to Subscriber of any unused service fees. \u00a0TASSELTime shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of the termination of this agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n Any use of the TASSELTime that disrupts normal use for other Subscribers is considered to be abuse of services. \u00a0The uses of TASSELTime\u2019s services to modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile disk, or disassemble any proprietary work in whatever form is a violation of this agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n Subscriber, its agent, successor and\/or assigns expressly agrees to indemnify and release TASSELTime, its affiliates, subcontractors, employees, agents, assigns or successors from any liability for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits, or proceedings arising out of or otherwise related to subscriber\u2019s use of or termination of TASSELTime\u2019s services hereunder including but not limited to, subscriber\u2019s access to content uploaded or downloaded.\u00a0 Subscriber further releases TASSELTime from any responsibility or liability related to the accuracy, quality or confidentiality of any information available by or through our website. \u00a0\u00a0Subscriber\u2019s release of TASSELTime includes any actions or inaction by TASSELTime, which amount to negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n TASSELTime assumes no responsibility for the content contained on the Internet or from any source accessible via\u00a0TASSELTimes\u2019s services.\u00a0 TASSELTime discloses and subscriber acknowledges that there may be content on the Internet or otherwise available through the services provided which may be offensive to some individuals, which may not be in compliance with local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations, including but not limited to pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate or sexually explicit or offensive content.\u00a0 Subscriber acknowledges to TASSELTime that its use of TASSELTime\u2019s\u00a0services to access information, content or other services is at it\u2019s own risk.<\/span><\/p>\n The laws of the state of Arkansas shall govern the terms of this agreement.\u00a0 The parties hereto stipulate and agree that the exclusive venue for the resolution of all disputes concerning this agreement shall be the county where Robin lives.\u00a0 The subscriber and TASSELTime agree that any controversy or claim between them arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration.\u00a0 Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules then in force of the American Arbitration Association.\u00a0 The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.\u00a0Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.\u00a0 Subscriber and TASSELTime agree that should either party bring action for enforcement, interpretation or otherwise under this agreement prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to its attorney\u2019s fees and costs including those incurred in any appeal.<\/span><\/p>\n This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no other representation or statements will be binding upon the parties.\u00a0 If any part of the agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p>\n This agreement is a legally binding contract<\/span><\/p>\n I AGREE WITH THESE TERMS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
