At Crossword Hobbyist, they believe in the importance of education for all students no matter their background. That\u2019s why they are excited to offer the Crossword Hobbyist Crossword Scholarship.<\/p>\n

Who is eligible to apply for the Crossword Hobbyist Crossword Scholarship?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Crossword Hobbyist is offering a scholarship to a current or incoming undergraduate student who will be enrolled for the Fall 2020 semester.<\/p>\n

How do you apply for this scholarship?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This scholarship is rather unconventional to apply for, which is half the fun!\u00a0 While the selection committee wants to know about you in a 250 word response, the main focus is on crossword puzzles. With this in mind, they require applicants to create a 15\u00d715 newspaper-style crossword puzzle on the\u00a0Crossword Hobbyist<\/a>\u00a0website. The website states that you should focus on \u201ca topic that you are passionate about. It can be anything you want! Animals, music, skateboarding, cupcakes, retro video games \u2013 the sky really is the limit.\u201d So, what is your passion? Think about that and start creating you very own crossword puzzle for a chance at this scholarship. The crossword will be published on the website, so remember to email the good folks at\u00a0scholarship@crosswordhobbyist.com<\/a>\u00a0so they can waive the one time publishing fee for you.<\/p>\n

How much is this scholarship worth?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship and a free lifetime subscription to Crossword Hobbyist and My Word Search.<\/p>\n

Up to five finalists will also be awarded a free lifetime subscription to Crossword Hobbyist and My Word Search.<\/p>\n

When is the deadline to apply for this scholarship?<\/h4>\n
