Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship

Deadline: 1/17/20 Available to High School Seniors through College Freshmen Award Amount: $10,000 The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship is open to current high school seniors who are currently enrolled in or who have completed an advanced placement computer science course or who have taken an advanced placement computer science test, be planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program majoring in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or other computer-related field of study and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in order to be considered for this award.

Mensa Foundation Scholarship – $2,500 – There are two requirements for applicants:
Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in an accredited U.S. institution of higher learning
during the academic year following the application date. Applicants must submit an application and
essay explaining his or her career, academic &/or vocational goals. For more information, please visit

deadline is January 15th, 2020.

Profile in Courage Scholarship Essay Competition $10,000 – Essays can be no more than
1,000 words but must be a minimum of 700 words. Essays must be the original work of the student & s must describe an act of political courage by a U.S. elected official who served during or after 1917, the year John F. Kennedy was born. Girls Impact the World Film Festival Scholarship

Deadline: 1/20/20 Available to High School Freshmen through College Seniors Award Amount: $1,000 – $5,000 The Girls Impact the World Film Festival Scholarship is available to full – time high school and undergraduate students who are ages 25 and under. To be considered, you must submit an original, three – to six-minute short film that addresses global women’s issues such as: education for girls, maternal health, violence against women and girls, or a variety of other issues.
