TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship

Deadline: 1/30/20 Available to: High School Seniors through College Freshmen Award Amount: $20,000 The TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship is available to students have or will graduate from a high school in a locked-out state (AK, AR, GA, Idaho, ID, IA, LA, MO, MS, NC, ND, SC, SD, WV, and WI) who are willing to attend Eastern Connecticut State University, Delaware State University, Western Oregon University, Christian Brothers University, or Trinity Washington University. Enter the Making for Good Challenge!

Deadline: 1/30/20 Available to: High School Freshmen through Seniors Award Amount: $15,000 Jump into innovation and work in teams of 2 – 4 to design a product solution that will help solve an environmental or societal problem in your home, school, community, or global population. Then, create a product design blueprint and submit a 60 – 90 second video discussing the problem, how your product can help solve it, and your team’s process using the 6-step engineering design process: Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, Test, and Improve! Travel Is Education Scholarship

Deadline: 1/31/20 Available to: 18 & Under Award Amount: 4 awards from $500-$1,000 The Travel Is Education Scholarship is open to U.S. students in grades 6 through 12. You must submit two-dimensional artwork, photos or a writing (maximum one page) on the theme of “Becoming a Global Citizen”. Sample topics are available on the Web site provided. You must be traveling on an ACIS tour between October 15, 2019 through October 14, 2020, in order to qualify for this award. Learn more about the Travel Is Education Scholarship.
